🧱 Chassis & Safety Cell

The survival cell, or monocoque, is a high-strength carbon fiber structure designed to protect the driver during extreme impacts. It incorporates the "Halo" device, a titanium bar above the cockpit that shields the head from flying debris and heavy structural loads.

🏁 Sprint Race Weekend

Select events feature a Sprint format, adding a short race on Saturday to determine Sunday's grid or award extra points. This condensed schedule moves qualifying to Friday, providing fans with competitive action across all three days and testing teams' rapid setup adjustments.

🌧️ Wet Weather Protocols

When rain falls, teams switch to Intermediate or Full Wet tires characterized by deep grooves for water displacement. If conditions become undriveable, the Race Director may mandate a rolling start behind the Safety Car or suspend the session until visibility and grip improve.

📏 Track Limits & White Lines

Drivers must keep at least one wheel in contact with the white lines defining the circuit boundaries. Repeatedly crossing these limits results in warnings and eventually time penalties, forcing competitors to balance aggressive cornering speeds with the necessity of maintaining legal racing lines.
